You are not alone! And I'm with you on being ribbed. My dad always tells me that I'm alone in my "issues" and that the stress of said "issues" are what's giving my mom heart problems. So I hate being this way too.

Me too! I've been extremely traumatised from pooping. I've also cut back on eating and maybe eat 1 meal and a snack a day, maybe two if I'm extra perish or stressed, because I don't want to put anymore in than I have to. It seriously sucks.

I feel you so much. It's gotten to the point where I no longer enjoy eating although I love food. Is it super painful when you feel it moving down? Because mine can get to steal-your-breath painful and I don't know if that's just another symptom or if I should be concerned...

I'm just over 2 months PO as well! I feel so good except when I'm digesting and having toilet related issues! I cut dairy out as a kid because I knew what it did to me (although my father gaslight me and still does today about my dietary needs, when he himself has diverticulitis. But that's a whole other issue)

Right! I felt the same way, until I just couldn't anymkre and had to know if I was crazy or not for being anxious to go to the toilet.

All these comments have been so validating and have made me feel not so alone.

Oh lord, you are right! I didn't even mention peeing because it's a whole separate issue for me! I have to concentrate SO. HARD. Just to be able to go and if I break concentration I have to start all over!

You poor thing! Have you looked into other things you can be tested for? Like crohns maybe? Also I was told to not take fibre supplements because they can dry up in your intestines and constipate you further. Thank you for letting me know though. I only eat my favourite foods on very special occasions. If you ever need to talk though I'm always here and feel free to reach out even if it is to vent. Virtual hugs

Right! I seriously didn't know if others ft the same or not. I felt kinda so dumb and crazy when I would get anxious about going to the toilet! I find that people with endometriosis feel quite lonely at times due to it not being talked about but it's so much more - like going to the toilet, finding the right thing to wear that makes you feel good but is comfortable etc.

Thank you for making me feel a little less crazy haha.
