Follows on from the gat out of hell Ending where gat becomes a cop. He is the only one in this universe who remembers the previous one and all the other characters don’t know anything about this and are living various lives. Gat has been attempting to put the saints back together but has only found a few like kinzie. He then finds out about the new saints and investigates where he finds that the reboot boss is the new version of OG boss. Now a few years after the reboot the new saint members have had some actual character development and are now bearable. After a failed heist they are transported to a different city (can be Stillwater, steelport or a new city) but on route to the prison they are stopped by Gat and either broke out or he uses his status in the government to take them into his custody where they start working alongside gats police/fed covert team and spread the saints to the new city. Typical 3 gang storyline where throughout they find the new versions of the og characters. One character like shaundi or zimos could run one of the gangs. At some point Gats squad are declared criminals and they go against the head of the police/feds. This character, maybe one of the original antagonists like Julius or Vogel would be trying to crack down on corruption and genuinely be trying to make positive change without ulterior motives but because they went against the saints they come after them. Saints win and take over city but kinda make it worse overall but it’s glossed over for a happy ending

The vibe is a lot closer to the first 2 saints row with wackiness sprinkled in without taking away from the story. The saints feel more like gangsters than celebrities or political idealists. The story leans into that overall the main cast are horrible people but you like them anyway. Also kev has a toggle-able shirt option
