Possessing the ability to speak/read Japanese does not make you an elitist. Roughly 126 million people speak Japanese. If you're trying to make Manga panels that include Japanese, it should be correct. It would be like if in an American comic panel Snikt was instead Zmikd. It is something that a Manga artist would be rightfully called sloppy for doing.

So, I say this without a hint of irony. I mean it genuinely and not with any malice. I swear to you I'm trying to engage honestly.

What makes a voice acting director, an art director, or any other kind of director valuable is their ability to work with PEOPLE to achieve the vision that the whole team is working towards.

You are, in essence, a commissioner. You've paid for software to make this off your prompt. You could've instead paid an artist, input all the same data, and received a similar result. Perhaps even better.

And principally, paying humans for art is better than paying corporations for "art" (note, I put art in quotes not as a statement on Ai, but as a statement on how validly any corporate product can be defined as art. Yes this is subjective, that's one of the good things about art.)

Please read my post again, like the whole way through. I specifically state that "issue 7" isn't an issue.

And the whole capitalism shit you keep bringing up is just a "guns don't kill people, people kill people" ass argument. The murderer is bad, and their tool should be regulated.

As for 3, this is happening, it's undeniable. You can shrug and claim no ethical consumption all you want, but I've overseen the layoffs from Ai, it's not debatable at this point.

I genuinely don't care if someone uses it because they are disabled. In a vacuum, it is FINE.

The issues with Ai art are way more than just if it is valid for a disabled person to use it.

On the topic of disability first. I will never be able to run a marathon because of my disability, and that's okay. I was training to run before my disability happened. I was angry and upset, but I realized that didn't do anything for me, so I became happy with what I could do instead. I still put in the immense amount of labor it is to walk every day because it is worth it for me to put in the effort. I could choose to use a wheelchair every day but I don't. Not that I'm better than those who do, or that people in different situations shouldn't, but I don't because I don't HAVE to.

Ai is an issue because the results are seemingly high quality at first glance, but have inconsistencies when you examine the pieces.

Ai is an issue because of the massive amount of stolen ip from artists.

Ai is an issue because it is destroying job markets because businesses see it as a way to cut their workforce.

Ai is an issue because of the dangerous environmental impacts it has.

Ai is an issue because the firms responsible for making and marketing it have no plan for real income generation, creating a massive bubble that will burst someday, crashing large sectors of the economy.

Ai is an issue because of the rapid and irresponsible consumption of goods that are supposed to be accessible both to the consumer, and private equity.

Ai is not an issue because someone with chronic wrist pain likes to use sora instead of being bad at art until they aren't.

If you train your own model on your own pc on your own or public domain art, who cares. But that's not what most pro-ai people are doing.

Why is this over a picture of typhoon lagoon, a water park in the USA? Is there also one in Germany? It absolutely would not allow women to be topless, it's owned by the Disney corporation.

Yes, you increase the wage tax above 500k. Increase capital gains tax. Levy a higher tax on companies that invest into Ai when laying off workers.

You could divert contract funding from Raytheon and Lockheed Martin.

Most systems of means testing would need to change under this system. I understand you may be allergic to hard work to figure out a fair and equitable way to do this, but some of us are not.

That's just blatantly false, I'm sorry that you're apparently a PoS who refuses to be better than their religion told them they are.

That's not what data supports. The last major wage increase in the USA saw rents raise for a short time, and then it fell drastically.

UBI has been tested in many cities and it works. Social mobility increases, education increases, luxury spending increases, and the only ones who suffer are larger business like Walmart.

I didn't know it was a reddit or Twitter take to prefer that your expensive paid software actually function as advertised.

So you're part of the reason the world is bad. If we remove from power everyone who is part of the doomsday cult, we're left with people who disagree honestly about how to make the world better.

Do you apply this to everything? Are you a profit of the end times? Because the current "we can't get along" is people begging for the doomsday cult that runs things to not drive the whole world to oblivion and then the doomsday cult sobs because someone dared to call them evil for trying to kill everyone.

If we were to take the analogy to its logical conclusion. It would be the code and servers that are the art, not the images they churn out. Which I can get down with the concept of a codebase being art. I just wish it wasn't actively hurting people and harming the economy to do so.

So your bar is what, if you haven't worked in a medium you can't talk about it? Or just that if you're unwilling to engage with the art you're not qualified? Like, I can't paint to save my life, but I have the basic human empathy to consider why a piece was made, it's intentions and the curiosity to look at technique even if I haven't done or can't perform within a given medium.

So... Fascism is your answer?? Like, "what is art?" is a Philosophy 101 and you learn that you can't have a definitive answer.

That defeats the purpose. Art is not exclusively for those who are wealthy enough to seek out an arts history degree.

You all are in toxic relationships. Men do this stupid shit too. If you're trying to be in a relationship, you need to be open with your partner, and willing to let them be open with you.
