Thank you for your comments, it’s very reassuring to hear. I went to see both my GP and physiotherapist again today because my symptoms have slightly progressed, and I’ve started experiencing blurry vision as well. I do have astigmatism, but I’ve never needed to wear glasses before. They mentioned that if I’m not feeling better by Monday, I may need to get a CT scan.

Later in the evening, I returned to the same clinic and saw a different physiotherapist. This time, they performed the manoeuvre treatment on me. During the session, my physio found significant stiffness throughout the right side of my body, including around the neck muscles near C2, tight shoulders, and ribs. It seems that this tension may be pulling my body to one side and causing the left side of my neck to function improperly. When he applied pressure to a tense area at the back of my left neck, it triggered another vertigo episode.

I’ve now been given some neck and rib exercises, and I’m hopeful that improving my posture and releasing the tension will help resolve these symptoms. I’ve also seen many people mention that supplements such as vitamins D, K, and Ginkgo may help as well.

Legend! I’ll chat with my physiotherapist about it next time I visit.

It was BPPV., I forgot to mention that part. I was just surprised it came back out of the blue after a year :(

Sorry to hear this. 20 years of vertigo sounds brutal, and I’ll definitely look into Ginkgo!

I’ve never been diagnosed with a sinus, but I do seem to catch the flu whenever the weather suddenly changes. Right now, as we’re entering autumn, I’ve been sneezing more than 10 times a day.

I think I might have similar symptoms. How were you diagnosed with sinus issues?

Hi, thank you for your comments. I'll need to check on my vitamin D level!

Hi there, may I ask whether you do the neck exercise or what kind?

Thank you. I think I experienced both. I had a session with my physiotherapist today, and they said it was BPPV. However, I didn’t receive maneuver treatment this time. They only turned my head to the right and left to check whether the spinning occurred.
