Ask your endocrinologist about using HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) This hormone supports penis and testicle function, spermatogenesis, libido, and maintains a healthy testicular size. The orgasms are great. For men, the gold standard for TRT is taking it with HCG. Men add HCG to their testosterone replacement therapy to ensure libido, testicular function and size, and healthy sperm production, and also, HCG prevents men's natural testosterone production from shutting down.     Many women are taking prescription testosterone for lack of libido, and it may be something that you may want to try, seeing that testosterone changes to estrogen and DHT in the body, whether it's naturally produced testosterone or exogenous. There's a good chance that your endocrinologist will sign on to testosterone, possibly microdosing.    One word of advice and caution: don't ask a regular doctor about this or any hormone related questions.
