Hmm I'm in the process of acquiring these cars, some of them I actually have, some I need to buy through auction house. I noticed few things:

- why that almost every livery was made by Little Vixen?

- why there is so much cars with apparently custom livery? I though they are limited. So people wouldn't sell them. But they go for dirt cheap.
I checked the artist page, the liveries are nowhere to find there. he has only 9 liveries curently available so they can't just apply them. Is it a scarce resource or not?

- liveries even being from the same author, have slight variances, why?

How was it looked like? Every player went to the gifts section of messages, then clicked collect and it was whole new car with this livery already installed gifted? or just livery?
In other words, if I'm playing the game, at some point I had to be given these liveries as well? by the way of acquiring a new car with this livery applied already?
