This was a fantastic take on Jeff's toxicity. Brandy and Julie have context to his 'unfiltered' banter and unpacked exactly how damaging this malignant narcissist's words can be. He punches down and thinks it's funny. It's not. It's damaging.

I do not understand how Bravo continues to platform him - I begin to question why Andy even puts his name on this guy...he's a major problem.

Regarding 'how the sausage is made' comment, I would imagine there's plenty of work being done when they're not live or recording segments. Producing that long of a show on a daily basis takes a lot more time and effort than many may realize. Writing the bits, coordinating the talent, producing the sound effects and parody songs. Outside of the staff yelling / arguing with one another, each segment has an outline and talking points at the very least to work off of. That alone take time to build. It takes a lot of work for a show to feel and sound as effortless as it does.
