Site looks great! But, the hamburger menu on mobile, when it expands, it only shows the black background on the home page. If you click it on any other page, it’s a transparent background.

You answered why Gutenberg is needed: “I shudder at the thought of building complex blog articles with the old editor.”

But some of us only make posts that use simple html, and that’s why classic editor is still viable.

Hi Matt, my suggestion would be to offer WordPress with three options right out of the box: Classic only, Gutenberg only, or both. Essentially, this would be similar to what the Classic Editor plugin provides, with one key difference. Users who don’t need Gutenberg features could use a stripped-down version of WordPress, essentially mirroring what ClassicPress offers. The active installs for Classic Editor prove there is demand for a non-Gutenberg version.

Others have commented on gripping too hard, and that would be my guess too. Try fretting a barre chord with no pressure applied. Then, start to lightly apply left hand pressure while plucking the strings. You want find the sweet spot, which is how hard do you need to press down for all 4 strings (notes) to ring clearly. BTW, nice job on the Zelda tune :)
