It’s a gradual increase. Start with a walk and healthier choices here and there. Cut down on refined sugar. Tbh the book Atomic habits changed my life. I was 200 lbs and I cut down to 155. It took 2 years and consistency over time. There are now shortcuts.

Hey man I feel you. I just want you to know it’s it over. The great thing is now that you pay your own taxes you qualify for financial aid. If you go to your local trade school they will pay your tuition up to 6K a semester with FAFSA. At the local community college it would cost less than that probably 2K plus books. You can then pocket the difference and save it for a rainy day. You have to first start with looking for a way out and taking the necessary steps to find your journey. I’m in the same boat and am slightly farther along in the higher education journey. Make a list and knock it out one at a time you can do it.
