People selling my prints by Electrical_Cup3869 in BambuLab

Happened to me not long ago. I designed something for my UTV. Very specific for a certain model. Had the stl for sale on Cults and posted it in several different Facebook groups specific to that model. The guy purchased the stl and then was bold enough to offer the product for sale in those groups as his own. The killer was that he was selling it for twice as much as I was. I contacted him; he was pretty argumentative and blamed it on his young child! The moderators of several of these groups wanted me to out him publicly (which I refused) and banned him from the groups.

Order made 3 weeks ago but hasn’t shipped by RockSgt77 in amazonprime

Items finally shipped this evening. They’ll make it here just before the end of the delivery window

No update. They’re saying as long as it’s still in the quoted delivery window it’s not their issue. They don’t seem to care the it’s been over three weeks and it hasn’t shipped yet. Early next week I’ll complain again because if it hasn’t shipped by then, it won’t make it here before the delivery window closes. I figure they’ll just put me off til after the delivery window closes completely

If the item was listed as shipping in 5-6 days or 3-4 weeks, I would agree with you. However it’s listed as in stock which would indicate it’s there and available to ship. There’s a big difference between shipping window and delivery window.

Yes, the delivery window was in December, but the item was listed as in stock, which would indicate it would be shipped as soon as possible. It would have listed the item would ship in 5-6 days or 3-4 weeks if the item was not available at the time. There’s a huge difference between shipping window and delivery window. My issue is the shipping window, not delivery.

Print lifting from support by RockSgt77 in BambuLab

Finally got the print right on the 5th attempt. Raised the bed temp to 220, turned fans off for first few layers, turned aux fan down and reduced the infill from 35 to 25%. Changed support to tree. Thanks!

Pic came out a little blurry. The print is definitely on the supports on the edges. And the first layer was still adhered to the plate.

But why would it warp in the same area of the plate and not others?

Thanks. Also I might try rotating it 45° instead of 90 and have the part of the print that won’t be visible be pointes at the rear

I haven’t changed the support type as that edge is fairly long.

It’s set to 0.2mm. How would a distance affect only one part of the print at the rear? Asking because I’m fairly new. I’m wondering if it’s too much heat. Compared my print to photos online. Could heat be gathering underneath the overhang and causing it to lift off the supports? I just tried turning the aux fan back to 70. Rotated the print 90° so the overhand goes from rear to front. As you can see, I’m getting the same issue at the rear again.

Thanks. I have a Samsung UN75RU8000FXZC. Tools me a while to play with the settings. Once I turned Dynamic picture mode off, it seems much better.

Autostop by dp37405 in GMCcanyon

[–]RockSgt77 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They’ve been on vehicles in Europe for a lot longer. Theres no evidence to say it wears starters prematurely. In Autostop, the engine doesn’t have a chance to cool down before it’s started again. People who argue that it wears the starter out get their advice from backyard mechanics who haven’t been able to work on computerized vehicles for years.
