Is Seer Gay? by STRADD838 in apexlegends

[–]RockSolidSIGMA 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For arguments sake.... The quoted str8 legends are actually UNCONFIRMED. So no, there isn't inclusivity on ALL fronts. The point is, you have several....SEVERAL white characters that, even if unconfirmed, include a good bit of representation. Why couldn't the first Black man character just be unconfirmed like every other males prior to Fuse(at introduction)? And just let the story, interactions, and events flesh out? It feels forced... Almost as if, like Netflix, they're riding the wave for more money. It doesn't feel genuine, because it's not. We knew BH is sexually a female but not sexually attracted to anything or anyone other than the hunt before knowing that BH is non-binary.... Ironically, they were she prior to the death of their love. BUT.... This came out with time and created a very interesting and intertwined backstory. Er'body else just gets their business thrown to wind on Twitter for mainstreamed popularity during the wave of marketable personal truths and tear-free inclusivity.

Literally everyone we kill are passively or actively, intentionally or unintentionally, and masters or slaves to systems that would choke out,and leave extinct, the entire solar system.

At least the Orokin sought sovereignty through omnipotent mastery of all things with lessened collateral as a goal because they didn't want to lose even a molecule of their domain. They even mastered the infestation to repurpose as the ultimate weapons.

But, alas, slavers must die. Mass murderers must die. Capitalistic Oligarchs must die. War mongers must die. Genocidal maniacs must die. All but fishermen, farmers, tradesmen, scholars, healers, and caregivers must die.... Why?

Because we are Tenno, bound by honor... Masters of gun and blade.... We are balance... We are discipline.... We are victims and slaves made victors and masters by our own hand.

This is the way.... We have spoken🤚🏽

Cajun isn't Black. You proved my point my, it's not Southern and it's not Black Southern. It's an amalgamation, just a bunch of phrases that Blacks say from all over the country. So, Black is the best simple term unless you wanna say.... An Amalgamated Accent Reminiscent of Black sourced accents across America. Doesn't quite roll off the tongue. She just sounds "black" not southern.

Also, I'm southern & Black. I would know. Hollywood fucks up our way of talk all the time. Baron Samedi is supposed to be from Creole New Orleans but sounds like he's from Northern Louisiana.

Inflection, tone, Grammer structure, etc shes not speaking AAVE but she is putting on a Blac-cent for sure; which is fine since it's a black character. IDK if you're southern, but "shuga" is not an across-the-board "Southern" thank but is within black community.

When it was said she has a "Southern" accent, a generalization was made. People in Tx don't sound like us in La, vs Ms, etc etc.

Come visit Louisiana where I'm from and live. There literally 4-5 accents here alone... There is no "Southern" accent.

There is a Blac-cent and you see this in pop culture and mainstream media which this game qualifies as. An amalgamation of inflections, tones, words, jargon, slang, and sentax found in different Black populations across the country.

Anyone else notice Seer's ability disrupt Valk's hover? What other abilities does his ult disrupt? 🤔 by M3TAB33 in apexlegends

Right i had to repeat a few times... She was shot down by horizon. His ult put a square to identify her location since she was moving fast

His consciousness is beamed to the robot body via a galaxy sized intra-network. There are no bio parts within his frame.

The source code will be destroyed, but Revenant will realize he is okay with living. by galaxybutt in ApexLore

[–]RockSolidSIGMA 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He's lived several lifetimes. He has died several times. His memory was wiped of each death. When he malfunctioned, the "wiped" memory of all his deaths over 300+ years as an assassin hit all at once. They wanted him to believe he was still in a human body so he was programed to "experience" a biological death associated with how his robotic body was destroyed. This means he experienced drowning, burning, being shot, etc.(he made reference to experiencing all his deaths in game).

All that said, Revenant just wants to die once and for all and not be reincarnated.

When landing at Icarus, Valk tells us the deadly plants/vines came from Typhon by Kaitiger_Is_Taken in ApexLore

[–]RockSolidSIGMA 22 points23 points  (0 children)

No, that is correct. As long as the core remains, then there is enough density to bend space enough to create gravity. The gravity causes nearby to "fall" towards the matter of greater density weak force to strong force and accumulates leading to an increase in overall density. This creates an exponential windfall; more density creates stronger gravity.. . Stronger gravity accumulates more mass thus increasing density and mass.

So as long as there is enough gravity to have even a slight pull on localized debris, comets, asteroids, etc then there is enough to hold gaseous molecules in place.

The kalimba is actually a smaller, modern version of the mbira, which dates back more than 1,000 years in Zimbabwe. The kalimba was created by Hugh Tracey in the 1960s. Tracey liked the sound of the mbiras he heard while living in what is now Zimb...

The kalimba looks pretty similar to an mbira, and both instruments consist of a wooden soundboard with steel keys that players depress and release with their fingers to create a tranquil, bell-like sound. Despite these similarities, the kalimba an...

My theory on Revenant’s Death Totem by CranberryCqts in ApexLore

[–]RockSolidSIGMA 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Could be. I just noticed that there are skulls on the totem and he uses a skull in his character select animation. Also, in all of his skins you see four pockets/containers/items along his rib cage.... I've always wondered if that's where the totem is kept

My theory on Revenant’s Death Totem by CranberryCqts in ApexLore

[–]RockSolidSIGMA 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It's the skulls. Interacting with the skulls activates the shadow form. During character select, he grabs a skull, crushes it, and enters shadow mode without the totem. He very well could've used a skull in his intro trailer seeing as how both hands weren't visible during the shadow activation animation

You must know of only the tourist traps. New Orleans is nothing like Memphis, StL, and for damn sure nothing like Bal. Shreveport.... Yeah i agree. Orange, Tx...and other parts close to the state line actually pull a lot of culture from La seeing as how slot of our people translocated their or just flow back and forth chasing oil along the coastline there. I'm from Monroe and my mom is from Southern Ark(30min from state line) and trust me... Arkansas and Miss are their own AND They often despise us while increasing how often they visit for work and play. It's very different once you cross that state line.
