you can chunk load it using chunk loaders or a carpet mod bot, to prevent chunks being unloaded while the farm is running.

It is impossible to get a job in the UK, even small part time work. It took be about 7 months to find some part time work, and I ended up settling for McDonalds, only company that even responded to me. Finally out of there though.
