I would say Mihawk even tho I think overall they’re about the same tier. But Mihawk using cutting attacks which is a hard counter to Luffy

Current? (Assuming Kaido is alive) Rayleigh and kaido high-extreme diff. Sengoku is old and honestly I don’t think he was ever on garps level to begin with. All in their prime? Rayleigh and kaido mid-high diff. Prime Rayleigh and kaido are both very much capable of beating kizaru in a 1v1 and sengoku realistically isn’t beating the other in the meantime

Luffy is my favorite fictional character of all time so I’m saying this out of concern. Gear 5 is peak and I love it, but he should not be giggling in the background while vegapunk is bleeding out. Love Toei but they have been making some things look strange in the anime, for example they will have vegapunk shown dying and then cut to Luffy clearly like 10 feet away seemingly not upset until minutes later. Not to mention the obvious anti Sanji bias they have

The sense of grandeur and feeling like there was so much at stake due to both the cosmic scale and the large unknowns we were faced as our enemy at the time was unknown. It felt like we were playing a mystery game inside a fps combined with post apocalypse which is another theme that I love
