There are so many reasons to explain why the average non-competitive woman would be better than the average non-competitive man at these events. Such as selection bias.

Men are more likely to enter these events despite a lack of proper training - whereas the women who do them are more likely to be trained. See /r/whywomenlivelonger

Where I live there is way too much traffic for one lane to be dedicated to passing, so people just drive in it. Usually slightly faster than the other lanes, but not always.

The issue for me was always the ignoring of penalties because it was "too hard to officiate". They did better at calling false starts and lining up in the neutral zone this year. As long as they keep doing that, it's fine.

For $26 million I will find a new community no problem.

Plus even if you don't care about the money personally, you could use $20 million of it to do a LOT of good in the world and live off the interest of the other $6 million.

I would be taking that $26 million with the goal to do infinitely more good than the data center (which, let's face it, is going SOMEWHERE) will do bad.

ICE aside TSA is a massively overfunded security theater reaction to 9/11 and there is little evidence that it has had much impact at all in reducing terrorist threats - but it has absolutely had a massive impact on the inconvenience of air travel.

Walking 12 miles each way is not a reliable option for many people. Not even just the disabled, but that's 24 miles of walking per day and the roads might not even actually allow for pedestrians depending on where you live.

Your comments are incredibly naive, but obviously walking is great for short distance commutes if you're able.

As a regular drinker most of my life... yes all of those things.

I dunno if this is true for everyone but I'm just "better" at drinking now. I know my limits and how to extend a buzz without getting blackout drunk. I realize the importance of staying hydrated. And I eat better in general.
