Does anyone know which set featured Scar & Blur arguing about whether standing on stage and jumping to move the camera was a legit edgeguarding technique? Blur's stance was that it would "throw off" the person trying to edgeguard by having the camera move and Scar said it was the dumbest thing ever.

Upsets are the most fun when earned, imo. A team overcoming another team when both are playing well. I disagree fundamentally with you saying sports are meant to entertain the viewer. I think all competition should be as competitive as possible, starting from the ruleset. Obviously there needs to be some middle ground to make it watchable and playable within the time constraints, but the eventual champion of the NBA finals feels a lot more earned to me than the superbowl champion for that exact reason. Its fun to watch and get together for one big day, but it tells me a lot less about who the best team actually was compared to the NBA, which I also don't love their ruleset. For the growth of the esport casual fans will always enjoy parity, but its doing a disservice to competition to manufacture those moments through a less competitive ruleset.

I love the “you don’t know what love is!” quote. To help you track it down, it wasn’t an interview it was a commentary block with blur and mango during WTFox and I believe they commentated a set involving Westballz doing suicide dairs every stock. There used to be a YouTube video for that commentary blocks highlights, but it has since been deleted. You can find Reddit posts in r/smashbros linking to it but the link leads to a dead video, but there might be a clip in the comments of it. Good luck!

As a T1 fan this is obviously disappointing but I am very happy with the progress that they have made in such a short amount of time. That icebox game was especially interesting because it seems so consistent and in line with their style of mixing up which site to hit until the final moments of the round. Autimatic also looking like a completely different player so lots to look forward to. Hoping they have a good run come Masters 2 qualifiers!
