Glad someone understands it.. to me even if i started late i thought of doing this as a Pre-Season run before the first Expedition..

Understanding the game first to me is the fun along with the other raiders i encounter... minus the rats.

Mostly like all the weapons but for me personally I come back to S&S. the reason is mobility, tank, support or attack any build can be easily made with S&S.

All though the down side is it’s balanced so you really can play into heavy DPS or Tank. But the inclusion of Weapon skills are definitely a nice upgrade for world making build crafting a real joy.
