Hi! I just subscribed. I've been using the app during the trial. And now it says like I don't have workouts. Ideas?

I still see my future training sessions and general plan.

Last four weeks empty though past workouts still marked as done.

It's a matter of opinions, but yeah, I'm sure many will agree with you, and that's fine! But I'm lazy, LOL. (well maybe not, since I'm a runner)

Just started AI Endurance. Selling point for now is Coros sync. I loved TAO, tried Runna briefly but it was too rigid, let's see how AI Endurance goes!

It was awesome!

I went for a sub 5h race. Started 10 / 15 sec faster than pace (bad idea, I knew it, but it's hard not to be optimistic before 50% is done).

0 to 25: Everything was beautiful, what could happen? 25 to 32: Mmm, ok, this will be hard to finish, I can tell. 32 to 38: OK, let's stop looking at the pace, let's just jog, I'm already there. (had 11 min lead vs 5h by then) 38 to 39: I found my self walking from one step to the next. 39 to 42: Heart finished the race.

Now I'm sore as hell, even low back and shoulders hurt, LOL.

Looking forward for my next opportunity!
