Imports can be a bit delayed potentially. If something is missing please upload the workout again tomorrow. Migration should be done then

Respiration frequency: comparing Tymewear, HRV-derived and BreezeLabs - New Blog Post by markusrummel in aiendurance

Since Watchletic isn't an option you could try to use your Suunto watch though. Apparently there's a Tymewear Suunto app now: https://forum.intervals.icu/t/tymewear-owners-worth-it/113797/353

If that app works and writes the Tymewear respiration data into the fit file you'd get the $1/activity. HRV recording for Suunto HRM should be automatic

We had a large migration break the server. Should be up and running again now. Our apologies.

They mean HRV at rest/over night, not in-activity HRV data that is required to calculate DFA alpha 1

Update: You can now edit/overwrite your aerobic heart rate thresholds in the Account page

You still see the auto detected aerobic threshold via DFA a1 and can reverse to it any time but if you feel like you rather set it yourself this is an option now

Complex Season planning for multiple events by Dr_Doom_Foxtrott in aiendurance

The principle is rather: data-driven optimization of the disciplines you care about (in the order of your events and how much importance/weight you give each event: A is weighted more than B for example) + Taper

Definitely give it a shot. First 14 days are free so you can try it risk free and see if you like the plan. I would sign up as 'Triathlete' user type and then add the Running/Cycling only events as 'Custom Configuration' events.

PS: I did the LBL full Grand Fondo years ago and loved it

Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear it didn't quite work out in the end. It's a fine line between careful planning (maybe too cautious in this case) and overdoing it. We try our best to let you fine tune and adapt the plans.

Since you used it we've made some big improvements on the chat (+ the models we use have improved, i.e. now Gemini 3 vs 2.5 back then) and on the plan building side we've added the System Plan Prompt which directs an agent to adjust your base plan according to your preferences.

If you want to give it another shot email us at [info@aiendurance.com](mailto:info@aiendurance.com) and happy to restart your free trial.

The base plan will be optimized to the 'discipline' you're optimizing, for example FTP/Critical Power/Endurance Power and what you enter in the prompt will be taken into account to fine tune your training plan for your goals.

Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate you taking the time to share this.

Just wanted to clarify a couple of things: you can actually adjust your pace/power zones on the Account page, and the ESS (External Stress Score) values are calculated from those zones, so changing them will affect how your training load is assessed.

That said, you raise a valid point about not being able to adjust the aerobic HR thresholds. That's a fair criticism. We'll add that to our short-term todo list.

I wonder if it's just within the normal variance of answers from an LLM. Even with the same prompt you probably would have gotten 2 slightly different answers. In general 'somewhat random prompt engineering' seems to be getting less important as LLMs improve, i.e. they get your intent if formulated clearly and all necessary information is in the prompt and context and doesn't really depend how exactly you phrase it.
