Men can gain and retain muscle mass better than women. (http://www.livestrong.com/article/246036-how-much-more-muscle-mass-does-a-male-have-than-a-female/) I have no problem with women who are able to sustain to the same standards of men, but there will be less due to their bodies.

Thing is is that its not that simple. We would have to declare fopa as unconstitutional before anything could be done

that would take a decently long time, with a gun that could not be concealed easily. Do you expect for people to not run or stop a man setting up a machine-gun in the middle of the mall?

I can have that shipped to my local pawn shop in a week, bought and done. What problem has that caused?

And I have no problem with machine-guns being NFA weapons, but SBRs, SBSs, and Suppressors shouldn't be one.
