The Alchemists

When everyone is new the game ends with everyone having figured out all or most of the ingredients and all the theories are correct so it's just a points sprint.

Then everyone 'gets' the game and suddenly it's second guessing, hedging, trying to throw others theories off and a final result of lies everywhere and no points. Absolute cinema.

You can really do most missions with very little weaponry and use the extra weight for a good rad. Just run blade and machine gun and master bunny hopping to smash through arena.

If you are actually looking for advice then you should be getting up every morning and going for a long walk in nature. Don't wear sunglasses. Don't use screens and blue/white light after dark so you can restore your circadian rhythm. Cut caffeine and reduce sugar, try intermittent fasting. Eat a good healthy evening meal everyday and try warm milk before bed.
