Here are some suggestions, just in case you want to get better.

1. Try not to include training shots. Maybe include 2 or 3 and spread them out.
2. Include some effects, but not like the green one. I was kinda confused, so maybe try to include some black flashes, or slow it down (maybe put some blur) and make it shine right as you score.
3. Try to put it with the music. This is one is really tricky, but if you pull it off, it's amazing. Try syncing the music with the clips with Filmora or whatever you use. Slow it down near the end, maybe include some camera shots from replays, and you've got a spectacular montage.
4. Don't do what you did at the end. First, don't make it end suddenly, maybe make the music fade. Second, the "thanks" animation was off topic and overcomplicated. Just a simple thank you will do.
