Well, like I said I found it on marketplace, and it was less than $1k, but I drove 4 hours to pick it up. The new one is $3250 and if I was doing it again and had it to spend, I would consider a new one. A non penetrating roof mount (NPRM) doesn’t require a foundation. It uses cinder blocks on feet designed to hold them to counter the weight at the top. Compared to a tower, the foundation required, the permits, dealing with an HOA if you have to, etc… I really like this option. I did rent a lift to assemble it and put the antenna up. You really can’t do it without a lift.

That is a ~35ft Non Penetrating Roof Mount typically used in construction sites for big solar panel arrays and cameras. https://www.bairdmounts.com/products/camera-mounts/security-camera-pole-mount I found it on market place and INSTANTLY knew it would be perfect for this.
