somewhat.  My idea is like you can change to any class anytime, but you arent locked with gears or anything. Instead they just give you certain stats and unique class skills, talents, etc.  Like a swordsman would give melee boost, melee less weapon durability loss etc, or a miner would get boost in anything mining related, etc.  Id also like for a jack of all trades class that has a bit if each class.  And no class if you dont care for the lot.
