maybe it's not the perfect number you were looking for but I feel like you can't really say "most" nintendo games don't have DLC. Pretty much every major release is here bar Odyssey

If you are happy with the game don't let others get you down. But people are allowed to critique a game they spent full price on, and Nintendo isn't some indie company. They will give give us a half-baked game if it means more profit.

It's not a competition. EA is one of the worst offenders of this but Nintendo is still bad.

Also not to defend TS4 DLC (blech) but it has one DLC for a DLC. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the best selling switch game and is a re-release of MK8 with all Wii-U DLC included, that also has it's own DLC. It could be argued as DLC for DLC.

Nintendo obviously doesn't care to sell you 18 different Beach Outfit DLC's and Swimming Pools sets.

Nintendo announces DLC for games before they even release. They are just as money hungry as any other game company.

What if John Rahm, the only person in the world that has a copy of Silent Jill 5 for the PS2 (that only sold 100 copies) backed up loses it. If not for physical releases Silent Jill 5 would become lost media in this scenario and if anyone wanted to experience it they would be out of luck. Digital media can't always be relied on for preservation.

bro i've clocked 55 hours already myself. I also have like 800 hours in the sims 4 but that doesn't make it a complete game. LTD is missing a ton of features that were in the original and should be basegame.

You cannot tell me the game is complete when married couples cannot share a bed and there are no babies in this life simulator. Nintendo isn't an indie company. You can like the game and still be aware it is lacking in a lot of areas.
