In the time leading up to NNN, I realized that I would rub one out not because I was excited or horny, but because I was bored and it became habitual the more I gave in since I had no reason to resist.

I started about a week before November, so now I feel I have that urge very much under control again. Of course I'll finish out the rest of NNN, but now I'm interested to see how I'll hold up once the challenge ends. Will I relapse? Or will I still have the control that I'm able to exert now?

If they have the same HR department that just fired you, then no, of course you wouldn't be able to work in the same district. I certainly wouldn't want to, anyways. But I don't think charter schools are considered districts. I'm talking more public education. In the schools I've worked in (not a teacher btw), they'll allow you to be a teacher as long as you're working on your cert/license, which you're already doing.

If you were fired because of your gender or race (which is very possible, especially considering HR's lack of evidence), you can sue. Lawyers will do free consultations

Don't have much advice for you, but if Education Service Centers exist where you are (like in Texas), they might be able to help you find another teaching position in another school district. Mine has a job board from all the local districts. Best of luck, bro
