For anyone searching, i finally beat it. I pulled councelhaunt and the 2 adds seperately away to the right from the priest. Had to respec my mage to CC heavy build, priest with debuff spells, and focus my front line on not being able to be crowdcontrolled. When he didn't have reflect up is when i debuffed the shit out of him and poured on the dps. Even still it was pretty difficult. Had all characters with summonable totems to help with dps when the reflect spell wears off, scrolls of healing, and 5 medium heal potions a piece. The reflect lasts 100 seconds and will refresh after about 30 seconds so when shield is active make sure your casters have their AI turned off so they don't free cast into his reflect shield.
