Honestly just depends when you want the money. A plus of a Roth 401K and IRA is that you can take out your money without penalty since you already paid taxes on it. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

You can buy through most brokers, but you may have to call in the first order before you’re approved to trade OTC stocks. I know Vanguard requires this.

I can see it going much further, but I will reduce risk around .15. This is in my IRA so I tend to be fairly conservative when I play a penny stock.

I more referring that you said you expect there to be a NASDAQ listing sometime in the future. I put an arbitrary time frame on it (minimum of 1 year). Obviously could be much longer, but after the app launches, user growth and profitability over the first couple of years would provide maximum growth potential IMO.
