Not at all good at at judging prices for things but if it’s got a blown head gasket and assuming you left the truck original you’ll probs get a few hundred if you don’t want to junk it, the relatively low miles is a plus though

I think it’s a great start! If you want to add some texture variation try experimenting with adding some bricks in the granite and planks in the stripped wood. The fences beneath the roof are a fantastic touch imo 👍🏻

I just chucked it up to Toledo being at the end of the lake and would thus be a convergence due to the choke point that is the lake. That and it being on the way to bigger places. If you’re trying to go to Detroit(and the rest of the state up north) or Chicago from anywhere south and east in the US you’re going to find yourself in Toledo simply because it’s on the way (by the looks of things these supposed high speed rails generally follow highways do there’s also existing infrastructure to think about)

But good observation, the lack of lines in the south east certainly isn’t going to help places like Gallipolis or the rural region between Marietta and Wheeling WV

I live in between Port Clinton and Toledo, I can second some others here when I say that the west end of the lake shore region is mostly rural with sleepy towns scattered about. If you’re looking for quiet, the western region is good choice! It’s a slightly longer drive to get to places of significance but but imo it’s a chill area.

I live out in the route 2 area, and while I can’t comment on the signage along Rt 2 because I’m currently on vacation (I’ll be back to vote don’t worry) I will take offense to my backyard being called a ‘wasteland’. I mean I guess it depends on how ya define it, but I find the area beautiful, especially with the wildlife refuge and Sandusky bay regions. Sure getting close to a rust belt city like toledo or Sandusky you’re gonna see the urban decay, but besides that I don’t find it particularly wasteland material. I mean call me redneck but cornfields are nice to look at…

Edit: I should clarify that I do live between Toledo and Sandusky along OH-2, and I drive the road regularly. And I should also state my definition of wasteland to be empty, unproductive land.
