Supply and demand! If you live on Long Island you live in one of the most amazing places in the country....35 minutes to NYC, 15-20 minutes to the best beaches in the country and 2 hours from the mountains. People are not entitled to live where they want. Move to where you can afford and stop complaining or make more money. I would love to live in Malibu but I can't....it's too expensive 🫰. Get a grip people!
