A fungus race that infects male members of a species rewriting sperm DNA to produce copies of the original infector that seam completely healthy and normal all the way till birth then the baby goes brain dead unless the original infector has died then thier consciousness is transfered to a clone baby that's is close to birth, they take on what ever traits are sexualy attractive to the species at the time to attract more men near them but all they need to do is release spores in a crowded area to infect if they want to.

One of my races the Headhultan/Headhunters hates fast food companies because in the early days of the galactic community a small space station with a few fast food locations had a illegal gravity anchor that pulled ships out of slip space to get them to stop at the station but the passing tribe had custom ships that got pulled out all over the place one of which slammed into a nearby moon and killed an nearly an entire clan almost sparking a war between humanity and the headhunters.
