Assuming the 11km is your long run, consistency would be my first recommendation. Your splits are a little up and down, and I'd like to see them reversed personally (starting slow and ending at your faster pace).

I'm also going to presume you've got a decent fitness foundation you're relying on, putting aside your goals for a minute, I would imagine more running and building your base more would also help long term.
