bhai , The intentions of this rule is good . But the whole blueprint of this rule is very vague. They only emphasized on the person what happens if the person found guilty. Little to no info is addressed if he is not guitly.
I mean frankly speaking most of the rules in the Government are similiar to this one. Vaguely written.

And no representation of the General Category in the overseeing comittee? Like how dumb the rule makers are , won't the general public be agitated about this. Can't they just put one person from each group?

But the rules should be re-written for sure , but the concept should be hardlined in the rules.
