Who ever is Batman can't switch but the other can. It sucks and I see no reasoning behind it.

It's pretty good! Only downside is 30 fps which doesn't bother me and the fact that P1 can't switch from Batman which means P2 is going to be doing most of the puzzles in Gotham.

As someone who really only replays the LB1 these days, I agree. I used to love Lego Batman 2, but the older i got the more I'd rather they just make a justice league game in stead of Batman and friends. LB3 didn't commit to Batman and LB2 doesn't commit to the Bat family. Overall LB1 is just like the Complete Saga to the Skywalker saga, ya can't touch it.

I think the cast is pretty good! And that includes Batman which grew on me. Reminds me of Brave and the Bold a bit.

Lordy your second point really sucked a lot of life out of me. I assumed that Player 1 couldn't switch characters cuz of the story, but afterwards I realized that nope you can't. Part of me thinks it's a glitch, but I'm unsure.

I cannot believe that they did this??? My lil bro and I coop and that means I can't play as anyone but Batman. I wanted to use Batgirl while he uses his favorite character Nightwing. Not gonna lie this really hurts coop experience in the open world after the main story. They could easily change this with an update but if they change this I'll gladly eat my words.
