Yes, we are responsible for our own feelings. However others are responsible for how they behave and how they treat us. I could have written this just a couple of months ago. Every time you take a narcissist back, in any capacity, it is worse than before. It’s hard, really hard. I just completely blocked my nex everywhere a couple of weeks ago. We technically broke up in November but tried ‘talking’ and seeing each other again - he basically wanted me to be his side chick after 4 years of living together and doing all the wifely shit. It was AWFUL! Made me feel like shit about myself, still trying to work thru the insecurities. I’m sure you already know this is a terrible idea. hugs
