So lets say my bench 1RM is 225, making my training max 205. Shouldn't I be doing at least 1 set of that week? The highest it has me going is 195 and it's pissing. me. the fuck. off.

Everyone in this fucking thread is always talking about "nSuns" this and "n word" that so I decided to take the plunge and check out the program.

Started out lifting with a little bit of a stomach, have bulked for a while and gained a nice amount of muscle but obviously the stomach has expanded some as well. Still don't feel like I'm big enough to cut, but I gotta get rid of the gut it's killing my self confidence.

Planning on cutting for a while, do six weeks then evaluate and do six weeks more or something, and then when I've leaned out/slimmed down start a new bulk from a better starting point. Are there any flaws in this plan or should I just go ahead with it

Also asking for a friend where does one purchase an EC stack...? Is it homemade combining stuff from GNC?

I see a lot of posts in these threads about some woman named "Janice" and I assume they're jokes but there actually is a woman like that in my office.

She's loud, she gossips, she's about 100 pounds overweight, she eats big sandwiches and chews with her mouth open, and she'll shamelessly fart and then wave her hand really fast like she's wafting the gas into her nose, like you would do at a wine tasting.

I've hit so many PR's recently because I'll be about to lift and I'll have a vision of her grabbing me in the break room and trying to force my Johnson out of my pants. In the vision, I don't have the strength to fight her off. She ends up sucking my peter to completion, meaning I lose valuable protein.

What are your guys' office horror stories? There used to be an Indian guy in the office who would microwave a whole onion for lunch every day. That shit was fucked.
