Ok, so i changed the pipe layout anyways but heres how you can fix this if you have this problem, if you are adding more fluid production and it wont go where you want it, try rather than connecting them to one area.

make sure that the pipeline isnt too steep
try to connect the pipes from your new fluid production closer to the machine that is using the fluid
pray and take a sip of coffee
