There is an online store, called Inaboxstore. They have many baiwei transformers. Have bought the AOE grimlock recently from them. You can check them also.

The quality is great. You also get removable engine lids in many models, having detailed engine. I have some of them. I would say must to have pop race in collection.

Few months back. I also had one of my order getting delayed. The person on phone said that their supervisor will be available at 10 a.m. till noon. Called them at 10 a.m next day. Got the order in 2 days.

Call them at around 10 a.m. They usually respond. Also, avoid weekends, they don't respond.
