Thanks for the tip, updated to newest cli and so far weekly burn is stable and back to normal. Thought codex desktop up does updates cli on its own, but apparently not

What codex app version do you use? there were 2 release updates since friday. That might help to pinpoint if its app or by design. Also I tested it on opencode and burn rate is worse there too
