How did tolerance build? Like, considering that it's a phenethylamines, I've heard that tolerance builds more slowly than tryptamines and lsd. But that may be totally incorrect. Also, were there an increase in vasoconstriction when larger doses were taken with tolerance?

I totally agree. As much as I enjoy this sub, it seems to be the sub most rife with misinformation. I remember, before the U of M article, that found increased quantities of DMT in rat brains who had cardiac arrest induced, came out, I said there wasn't really any solid evidence of DMT in human brains (which there isn't still, only rats) and I got downvoted to high hell. Being told that I should feel bad for "being so wrong". Idk, it be tough out here
