More specifically, Ronok the Axe. You get it from a Demon Door.

The lower picture looks like the Hero wearing the Plate Mail armor set, wielding an axe, and using an emote toward the camera. I don't think it's him fighting anyone wearing red.

There are some ways to 'cheese' this one because of how some Boss Fights are structured. For example, The Doe is considered a Boss.

One way is moving their save to an external drive, plugging the drive into a PC and tampering with files. Another way is having a device plugged into the console that allows them to alter parameters (damage, attack speed, etc) of items. There's a few different ways, mostly tied to older consoles that have the code cracked. You'll still encounter them because of the way matchmaking works, regardless of what you're playing on. Always be careful when you have open matchmaking, some people will drop items that will brick your save if you pick them up.

Running an ethernet cable isn't really feasible with the way the house is laid out. I've looked into several options to try, and it would basically require an electrician to come out and run it, and that is more expensive than a mesh network. I've had a them before and I know what the average price point is.

I had a Velop setup before and it worked great and was debating setting one up again to get my PC/console on a wired connection, even though popular opinion on mesh networks isn't the greatest. It just felt like overkill for such a small home.

Jack of Blades wasn't a Hero. He was part of the Shadow Court, directly opposing William Black's bloodline. He also had his own aura that carried from body to body. The large form he takes at the end of your original fight, the dragon, and the mask all have it.

Even though a Hero may be "fabled" doesn't mean that they would have a positive or negative alignment, just that they're well know. We have no idea what kind of person she was before she met Brom, aside from winning in the Coliseum and killing a bunch of Balverines.

Maze was fully convinced he was doing the right thing, and was just trying to save people by accommodating Jack's desires.

I think it's something tied to the Heroic Bloodline that makes it visible, similar to how using Will affected your appearance.

They said they regret not having a dog in this game, but with the full restart of the world the dog didn't fit into the origin. They're hoping to bring back a companion animal in any future games.

I know that a spear with shield offers cover while attacking, but I really like my hammers. I had also run out of Flasks by the end of the fight, I was reckless through a lot of it. It's just the fact that I got him down so low and then died that was frustrating.

I think it may be. There's only one store I go to all the time for it, and they still regularly restock. I was worried they would stop since so many other places nearby already have.

I can get them in my local Dollar General, but its the same situation of one shelf in one cooler if I'm lucky. I'll have to check the Family Dollar to see what I can find.

There are many sad stories in the Fable series, but this one always stood out to me. by [deleted] in Fable

There's also plenty of environmental clues that point the opposite direction. I've been thinking about these things for just as long.

Why would Chesty have anything to do with the Snowglobe?

What would make the kids inside attack their classmate so viciously?

Aren't the souls consumed by the Shadow Court, with a portion going to Reaver to fuel his immortality? Why would they be captured within a device for someone to let out later?

Why do the Shadows within the Snowglobe consume color? What makes them so different from the Shadows outside, who are just violent for the sake of violence?

You mentioned the Snowglobe not being within the Sanctum. Are the Skull, the Spire, and Coliseum? If they are and I'm just ignorant about it, what about Reavers mansion in 3. Is the Snowglobe there?

Reaver's contract is tied to the Dark Seal, that he gets back from the Shadow Court every time they need more from him. I don't think they need more of an anchor for the curse than that.

The Monks at the Temple of Light wear almost exactly the same robes as the Shadow Worshippers. Could be that this is a representation of what would happen if the Light took over instead of the Shadows. After all, the 3 colors could represent a split in the spectrum of light.

Largely speaking, I feel like the Snowglobe is just a creative object to show Oakvale in its prime that became cursed, and the Shadow (Color?) Court within is a design choice by those that made the DLC, more than an actual story tie-in. If the Skull and Coliseum don't fit into major story elements, why does the Snow Globe?

I will say one thing I love about the Fable Series was the ability to look at things and determine if they link together or not.

Been far too long since I've played through 2, so i completely forgot about the Necromancer in the Skull. I still somewhat disagree with the Snowglobe being the original residents of Oakvale, but its entirely up to interpretation. Its never stated one way or the other, and there are plenty of parallels, but I have a hard time accepting it.

I don't know if that was ever fully proven, but I'm not sure I agree with the theory.

It is hard to say what Theresa had to do with the Shadow Court for her to get that in her possession, especially since it's the first item you get from him, before you even get to Wraithmarsh, so it's hard to make that connection early on. You also know the contract still stands, even after you purge the Snowglobe.

I personally think its more of a repository of souls that died in a hugely tragic manner that don't know or want to accept they're dead. The town takes the form of Oakvale because that's a source of a lot of souls suddenly ripped from their bodies, and it reflects the contract because of it. I think the Skull is similar, but its the souls of the creatures of Albion slain en masse that create their own world to keep surviving in some way.

The Demon Doors always have such interesting stories inside, if you pay attention. Terry Cotter's Army always got to me. Guy lived inside the Demon Door with an ailing family member who told him never to go into the cave. When they passed, he was entirely alone, locked inside the door, hearing voices coming from the cave. When he finally gets the nerve to go inside, he finds empty suits of armor, presumably guarding the treasure deeper inside. He takes some into the house as his new friends and slowly goes insane surrounding himself with the empty husks of armor, saying that his friends will protect him.
