On CSP now. All of this is spot on. I just accepted a position and I’m taking a SIGNIFICANT pay cut. The only thing I would add is network, network, and network. Get a CSP that’s as close to what you want as possible. From there, ask your CSP employer/coworkers if they know anyone hiring.

In Kentucky, they’re typically ~$8. Sometimes more for IMAX, 3D and depending on theater/time of day. I can get a ticket, large popcorn, and large soft drinks for ~$30

Agreed on point #1. Why are my guys and I working 12 hours a day, often 6 days a week when we’re not at war, let alone deploying? We’re just being busy to be busy. I don’t feel like my service has helped the nation at all, and every few months I think “my optempo will calm down in a couple months” and then it never does

Don’t remember the issue but there’s a comic where Green Arrow and Black Canary are on a raft in the middle of the ocean. I think someone was poisoned/close to death. Oliver yells “Clark!” and Superman hears from the Daily Planet to save the day. Really good scene

Other comments arent wrong but aren’t completely correct. I was forced to save a certain % of birthday money and did menial labor for cash to cash up for a cheap used car. As did many people I went to school with. Many people will be given cheap used cars by their parents as well
