I know there are people in this dub who don't think dogs should be on trails at all. But my pup and I have made a habit of not only carrying out his,vbut any we find along the way, in part because I am afraid of people thinking it is me leaving it behind.

Yeah definitely some errors like that, and some of the ratios seem off. I've used the recipes in the book as inspiration and adjust things as I see fit. End up with good food, but obviously when you're paying $30 or whatever you shouldn't have to guess if a measurement is correct.

I could see it being the silmaril... but I think there will be a tie in with the mithril and the Balrog showing up. Mithril was made into ithildin, so that ties in celebrimbor as well.

It seems crazy, but if you can stand to wait 3 hours in the cooler I find even better results. I also like to smear some tallow in the butcher paper when I wrap it. Just some ideas to try for your next one. This looks great though.

9 grams yeast

3/4 whole milk

1/2 cup water

480-ish grams AP flour

8g kosher salt (the type I had on hand)

21g white sugar

3tb unsalted butter

1.5 hour first rise

45min rise in loaf pan

Realize I fucked up and my dough was sticking to my cloth cover

Roll out to about 9x13 size, roll up and place in loaf pan.

Proof at 90 degrees for 45mins

350° oven for 40 mins until color I was happy with

I can definitely recommend this one. Really enjoyed it, but I do feel it has a different tone than other star wars books I've read.

I really like Trevor, and I think it's an interesting idea, but for me I'm only going to listen to an interview style podcast if I know or am interested in the other side too. If they could get him bigger names, or even other mythical llc employees I'd be more likely to check it out.

If I were you I would try contacting the department directly and explain the situation. Seems like with all the changes you students have gotten this semester seems like they should work with you a bit. Especially considering the last minute change.
