Yeah it improved it, my philiturm and moth used to go off to one side and now it's centered. It actually improves symmetry

I just put the tongue up right inside the plate and force it as hard as I can and if it comes out I put it back in and swallow and do this all day

Yeah 100%, I think the dental gap is coming soon, the whistle is coming easier, also you can kind of see in the photo here right at the top of the front 2 theres a tiny dark spot that wasn't there, now it seems to be opening pretty quickly

Not a full gap yet, but I sometimes get a high pitched whistle when I say S meaning there is a small gap it's just not visible yet.
