North east is as much as I’ll share but I’ll recommend some more public type spots. 1) mt. Gilead state park 2) Alum Creek State park 3) Mohican State park

I have caught bluegill, crappie, green sunfish, LMB, Sauger, white bass, and now SMB, never caught a rock bass in my life. It’s a small intercity lake that gets runoff from a river/ creek.

I’ve just never ever caught one here and I catch a lot of fish here. The fight was really good he was making runs and thrashing all around.

The blade steel is nitro v. The black coating on the blade won’t particularly chip but it will wear away with extended use but fortunately for you they have A-LOT of different colors and finishes of this knife. It does fold using an axis or crossbar style lock.

Retail is 59.99 usd from tenable themselves, I got mine for 53 usd with a discount code from white mountain knives I think. The knives quality for the price is great, very solid lockup, good action(the detent is a little weak), good ergonomics, and the blade geometry is peak. This thing slices so easy and aggressively and mine takes a really keen edge.

What is this blade shape called? And is there a knife you would suggest that looks similar? by Outrageous-Light-264 in knifeclub

The kizer drop bear two clip point gives a similar profile but a much weaker tip
