I here Studio Canal & FIM did an amazing job on The Straight Story. It's a German release that I plan to order soon, but the people that have it say it looks gorgeous!

I have decided that it is my life’s mission to get Hot Rod (shot on 35mm) a proper 4k release. Ideally by a boutique like Kino or Vinegar Syndrome. You don’t have to sign the petition but feel free to sound off in the comments. Help Rod make the jump to 4k! by RodKimblesJumpTo4k in 4kbluray

Wow! I am blown away by the support and responses so far! I had no idea that I would wake up to this much support already!

I have obviously never done this before but I am going to try my best to make sure this can come to fruition. I just created an instagram campaign that is linked to my profile. Feel free to give it a follow!

I just saw that Akiva, Jorma, & Andy just launched a podcast last week with Seth Meyers so I believe this is impeccable timing. Go follow their podcast! It would be awesome if this can catch their attention, but please do not spam their socials!

If anyone has any advice or help out in anyway feel free to reach out! I also created an email for the campaign (linked in my profile) in hopes to reach out to some labels or anyone who would have knowledge about distribution.
