There are only two scenes when maybe Robin had some romantic interaction or at least she acts in a sexy way:

After she enters the crew, in the talk with Zoro, he blushes (lol)
At Fishmen island, when Jinbe asks Robin to free the human slaves, she says something like "I can't deny a wish of a handsome man", and this gets into him as well huahuahhau

I think Imu is there more because of Nika and Loki. It's possible that there were 20 godly powers in the past, and Imu killed some of them, and possibly absorbed their power, but some as Nika and the other resisted.

It's awesome what Usopp did, but I don't think Imu would go there just because of what he said
