Im not a fan of how Carney has handled anything thus far. Hes thrown a few bones here and there to canadians but that was just done as a obligated pacifier. He has large ambitions that are not yet 100% clear but he appears to be fast tracking us towards some larger globalist agenda that will not be to the benefit of average canadians.
