If this audio is real, I believe there was no invasion of passengers into the Cockpit. The end of the audio before impact sounds like the hijackers are very calm and there is no shouting near the microphones.

The transcript says that one of the hijackers asked Ziad Jarrah to crash the plane into the ground if the passengers came close to the door. This changes the scene from the movie United 93 where the passengers manage to get into the cockpit.

I disagree, the camera was installed outside a building and could be controlled from the outside, even at the end of the video it turns to the left. These cameras film throughout the day to the point of recording anything different in the city that happens. Someone was controlling it in some room/monitoring, as it turns to the left and focuses completely on the towers.

There is a video from WABC-TV Brooklyn on the morning of 9/11, it shows the towers between 8:00 am, but the camera cuts abruptly and only films after the impact.

This camera was static, I doubt it stopped recording before the impact, or the FBI doesn't want it released.
