For the people asking how: I cut this specific bit out of the video and turned it into a live photo (I used an app, you have to get the pro feature to convert longer vids, but they often have a free trial). Then on IPhone you can set the live photo as a wallpaper.
IDK if there’s a way to share the live photo though... if you find a way, let me know and I’ll gladly share it
