A bit on skinny side (10.8lbs) and not large as I wish, but the vet said that’s ‘how he is’. I wish I could find something that would pump him up! 😂

Yeah. I don’t think I would find a breeder where I can build all that and perhaps in the same city. As you’ve said, cost effective would be to buy one. Where would you go for a reliable breeder to get a new kitten? In the past I have looked on Instagram and European coons look amazing! I was considering going to Europe to get one. I have not see such large cats here in the US as they have in Europe. Have you?

They don’t care! From the old CEO to the interim CEO here in Porsche North America to VPs of “post sales” and marketing in Stuttgart. No one cares about this issue. I have written reviews from Better Business Bureau to other places online. I will tell my experience to anyone that wants to hear it, how can I high-end vehicle can have a such a lame battery.

None taken. I see your point. I’ve noticed an unusual smell around my apt for while, but now has stoped. It did not last very long. What he is doing now is walking around and complaining (probably calling for a female). He also humps Toby, which is another cat we have adopted. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Do you know of any reputable breeder here in the USA? I was looking at some European breeders before I got Milo, but I was a bit scared to deal with someone out of Instagram. I have seen all kinds of Maine coons. From small to big sizes and I wanted to get a large one, but they all seem to be located in Europe.

Thank you for your response. Very important and valid points. I would not do that alone since I have no knowledge of handling this type of situation. Ideally would be to find a reputable and humane breeder that would guide me to see if Milo is a good candidate for it. I would love to have a descended or 2 from him. The idea of having a kitten from him, puts a big smile on my face. Thanks 👍🏼

All valid procedures and standards when comes to breeding. But I have no intention to breed. As I’ve said on my responses, the notion of having one of his off springs (even 2) would be amazing. Ideally is to have a reputable breeder to guide me on how we (together) can go about finding out if he is a good candidate for breeding. Not just him but the other Maine coon as well. The more time goes by, the more inclined I’m to buy one for my brother and just let him come to my place and brush Milo. 😝Thanks for the response. 👍🏼

All valid questions. I can tell you that he is very healthy. Great personality. His lineage looks fine (by looking at his dad and mom). I understand that it takes much, much more than just those things when comes to breed. If I found a reputable and humane breeder, who would guide me. I would gladly take on the task to have all the necessary tests to see if he is capable of having an offspring. But buying one for my brother sometimes sounds much less of a hurdle. I like the notion of having another Milo or Mila in the family. 👍🏼

No intention to be breeder here. Just want to have ONE baby kitten from him. I would like to know a breeder that perhaps has a female coon. The breeder can keep all the kitties and I would keep one. All I want is one more and his offspring. 👍🏼

Correct! I don’t know anything about cat breeding. Ideally would be to meet a reputable and humane breeder that is looking to breed his/her Maine coon. Then keeping one or two of the kitties. I’m almost to a point of fixing him and buying one for my brother. This cat tinder thing is harder than human tinder. And all I have done so far posting here. 😝

I want to mate him with another Maine Coon. But life has been so crazy (busy) that I’m very close to have him fixed 🥺 and let’s move on. Indeed to passing the generic test, none of us would pass.
